Primarily Pennsylvania, but we have accepted surrenders from Maryland and New Jersey.
Adoption Process: 
We have an online application, we check references, and meet the applicant prior to final acceptance. Adoption fees vary for each animal, and are not based on only that animals needs...we are a no-kill rescue, so "more adoptable" animals help pay the bills for more needy animals.
