Description:
Tommy Tomato is a truly tempting tribute to tall ears everywhere. You see, Sue (the founder of Rabbit Haven) has been going to a particular tomato stand for the last three years. Every time she went, she’d see Tommy, and every time she went she tried to get the owners to let her take Tommy back to Rabbit Haven. Tommy was not at all happy being a tomato-stand bunny (bunnies don’t even like tomatoes! I mean really!). When the old owners finally relented, Sue scooped him up and here he is. Tommy arrived at Rabbit Haven all matted and dirty and, like many a rescued bun, has turned out to be sweeter than you can ever imagine. After being ignored for years, he loves attention and just wants pets, which is good, because he’ll need regular brushing. He’ll be a wonderful boyfriend for a single lady-bunny. This one is vine-ripened and ready to be squeezed. Just pick him!WE ADOPT TO INDOOR HOMES ONLY. Your rabbit should be treated as an integral part of the family. With good care and lots of love, rabbits can live to be 8-12 years old. We expect you to make a lifetime commitment to your rabbit(s). The primary caregiver MUST be a responsible adult. Our adoption fee is $65.00 for one, $120 for a pair (to cover spay and neuter costs). Please contact Angie @ 206-351-2637 or e-mail angie@rabbithaven.org if you are interested in adopting!
