No matter how many times we hear a story like Moe’s, it still makes us very sad. Moe was recently found in a carrier on the side of the road…the carrier was adorned with a sign that read “Free Bunny.” Thankfully, Moe was discovered by a friend of Luna’s House, who called us immediately so that we could arrange to find a foster home for the terrified young bunny. Moe, though still understandably nervous, is in good health and it estimated to be just one year old. He has striking jet-black markings on his otherwise snow-white coat, including unusual and simply adorable “unfinished” smudges on his ears. Moe is especially intrigued by the female cat in his foster home, but is quickly warming up to us humans as well. He’s happy to chow down on lots of timothy hay and so far he hasn’t met a green leafy vegetable he hasn’t liked.
