Hi, Thelma and Louis here. We are a bonded pair of rabbits that were abandoned by our previous owner. We are spayed and neutered, so we can go home today! We were named Thelma and Louise because we are so cute together, and then someone realized that Louise needed to be named Louis! We are about 3 years old and are very well behaved. We are clean and use our litter boxes like champs! A pair of rabbits is great to have. We keep each other company when our owners are not around, and we get lots of social interaction just from hanging out with our pal! When we came to the ARL we had a visit with the vet. She is very nice but did say that our teeth were a little overgrown. If you''ve never owned a rabbit, you should know that this can be common in rabbits and just needs to be monitored. Feeding us plenty of hay and offering us chew blocks might help with that. The vet also found that Thelma has what might be a birth defect or an old injury to her eye. Both medical conditions do not seem to affect us, but we''ll just need to let our new vet know this information. We''re fantastic bunnies who have been hopping around from one shelter to another, and can''t wait to finally find our new family! Please consider adopting us.
