Bendi is an 8 y/o 15.2 hh QH mare. She is a really special girl that deserves all you can give her and she will give back to you too! Bendi came to the rescue for laminits, it was also found that she had suffered a fractured madible (jaw) while having a still born foal pulled in which she also suffered a recto-vaginal tear (requiring surgery). Her checkups from surgery have all been positive. Her foot is doing very well on a Springtime Supplement and shoes. She is kicking up her hooves and tearing across the spring fields. Bendi has the potential to be an average riding horse but only with someone who is versed in horsemanship or natural horsemanship. She would have to be ridden in a rope halter/hackamore or bosal because of her broken jaw. To inquire about adopting Bendi as a possible riding horse you must be an experienced horseperson.
