This is Sylvester Merrit Blacknose Ferret, a silver, male, neutered, rescued 12-24-06 and as soon as we get him to the vet's when it re-opens, he will get his shots administered (and recorded in a licensed veterinary's medical records). He came in with no name, hungry and lonesome.He's been with us for over a year, now, and has developed cataracts in both eyes, and also has forgotten to eat too often that he is now regularly fed our 'get-well' soup every four hours (five times per day) and Wes gives him a good lick of ferretvite for 3:30 to 4 a.m. when he gets up to begin the cages-cleanings, so that holds Sylvester merritt until I feed him at 6:30 to 7 a.m. with the other feeders. Whomever adopts this ferret will have to be well-versed at caring for special needs ferrets, or else it would be EVER so much nicer if one or more of you would PLEASE Sponsor Sylvester thru the Sponsor-a-pet program.
