Description: 
Scruffy is an affectionate little boy (about 8 lbs) once he knows you. At first he is a little shy because he isn't sure yet that raised hands don't mean to hit him. However he is learning quickly that not all people are mean and now sleeps in his foster mom's bed.He likes playing with the other dogs. He has a new haircut.
