Edgar County Humane Associationwww.echaparis-humane.com(217) 822-PETS This little guy was found along a country road just outside of town wandering. His owner was found but she said she really didn't want him anymore. How unbelievable! He had a terrible smell with bad hair and spots on his skin. After taking him to the vet, we found out he has thyroid problem which is why he smelled so bad and is in poor condition. Which is probably why she didn't want him anymore.He does have to take synthroid the rest of his life like other people. It is very inexpensive so tHAT IS NO BIG DEAL. His only vice is he hates cats so he needs a home that doesn't have any.
