Rescued from a neglectful 'home,' Sailor is a bouncy happy 8 month old perfect mutt who apparently has no problem putting his past behind him. Charming and sweet, Sailor has wiggled his way into quite a few laps and would like nothing more than to be somebody's silly and loyal companion. With the build of a small Pit Bull, the look of a Collie and the heart of a Lab, Sailor would be a great pup for an equally fun loving home. At 40 lbs. Sailor is a super smart boy that loves to play ball, go for walks and would excel in obedience or other positive doggie sports, frisbee anyone? He is great in his crate, seems to love the company of other dogs, and would love the chance to be someone's forever pup. All of our dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. Dogs are also tested for heartworms and cats for FeLV/FIV. If a dog has been with us long enough, he/she has also received some basic obedience training with our in-house trainer and staff.
