Please contact Sue & Doug (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information about this pet.
Farley is an active 12 yr old male Wire. It's difficult to imagine why someone would dump their loving and faithful companion in a shelter after 12 yrs. I'm sure Farley is still wondering what he did wrong....poor boy! Farley loves to run in the yard and roll in leaves. He also enjoys playing with his toys(especially tug) and will sit up for cookies. He recently had his teeth cleaned and all his blood work showed he is in good health. Farley would love to share his life with an individual or family that appreciates an older, more mature guy. Farley is UTD on routine shots, neutered, and house trained, but doesn't like cats.

All dogs represented by American Fox Terrier Rescue are spayed or neutered prior to placement, unless there are valid health reasons preventing the procedure (i.e., puppies under six months of age). For those adopting a dog that is not neutered or spayed due to these health reasons, an American Fox Terrier Rescue volunteer will work closely with you, checking with you and your vet to ensure the procedure is done on a timely basis.
