Otis was rescued from a high kill shelter 2 days before his time was up. He is being fostered with several other dogs, large and small and does well with all of them. He's great with kids but hasn't been tested around very young children, he also hasn't been tested with cats. He's very sweet and so far isn't very active. He enjoys going out in the yard but is very content to follow you around the house. He's sweet and loving. He doesn't like his crate and will initially cry but quickly quiets down and settles in for the night. Otis hasn't had accidents indoors but has access to the yard most of the day. He is at the vet today, may 5th and is being neutered, vaccinated, and heart worm tested. If he's positive he'll be treated by the group.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All dogs need regular vigorous exercise. They also should be obedience trained and have an owner that knows how to be a true pack leader. We will only consider adopting to people willing to give the proper care and leadership that all dogs need.
