Description: 
Charro is a 1 year old wire-haired Chihuahua/terrier mix who is very shy and sensitive. Charro has a deformity to both of her front legs that causes her to have limited mobility in her elbows, but she gets around very well. Charro and Nona are very attached to each other and it would be great to find them a home where they can stay together.
