She fell into the hands of a mentally unstable person as a puppy, and has never been properly cared for. She slept outside as a small pup when the temps dropped down to freezing. I think she may have been brought in maybe twice. Well the landlord wanted her gone, and thankfully she is now being fostered (TEMPORARILY) while we work on finding her forever home.She is extremely playful, but not aggressive.
