Description:
Please contact Robyn (rguidara@earthlink.net) for more information about this pet. Robyn's Nest Animal RescueNashville, TN A white terrir mix, Mags was born in rescue February 2006. I spent 4 months trying to catch the mother. Who the local farmers were all taking shots at because she looks like a fox. Finally one day I called in sick to work so that I could catch her. We played tag for over 4 hours, till I fell asleep, I was awoken by a tap on my arm it was Foxy, I slowly slipped a loop leash around her and she jumped 6 ft in the air. I thought she would break her neck. So I just caught her in mid air, she clung to me for life. She has been glued to my side ever since. 2 weeks later she came running into the living room yelping with a baby hanging out of her, I didn't even know she was pregnant. I set her up a birthing place in the living room, and she had 5 pups. Once mom and pups were resting , I was ready for bed, when I went to pull back the covers, there was this little white cold baby, Mags. She must have been the first born and Foxy had no idea what was going on. Mags was the runt, she had to be bottle fed, she was the only white one. She was adopted by a family with 2 kids at the time the kids were 4 and 8; a cat named George and a home in Kingston Springs. When she was 5 months old she ran away once on the 5th of July, so she is spooked by loud noises. She loves the plastic kiddy pools. She sleeps in her crate every night, but prefers to fall asleep with the kids watching TV.
