Chanelle is a 3 year old mixed-breed girl that arrived at the shelter on 3/29/09 - she has shown signs of being previously abused and is therefor scared of any sudden hand or object movements. She'll need someone who will take the time to let her know that we can be trusted and will give her the tender loving care she deserves. Chanelle was surrendered to the shelter and is looking for someone she can trust to love her and never hurt her. Please come down to meet her. Chanelle weighs 54 pounds and measures 20' at the shoulder.
