Isabelle is a sweet, female Springer Spaniel-Beagle cross who is one and a half years old. She came to Second Chance because she was so strong and energetic for her owner that she pulled them over and they broke their leg as a result. Quite obedient and attentive to her person, Isabelle relishes attention, affection and play! She would really enjoy a person who would be home most of the time! With a pretty and feathery coat, Isabelle is a beautiful sight. We recommend continued obedience work, extra socialization with people and other dogs and a healthy dose of leash manners! She would do best in an active home with children seven years and older. Cats are fine and other dogs may be possible upon introduction, although she is a bit unsure of what to make of canine friends, just yet.
