Oswald von Wolkenstein is a very handsome Silky Terrier. Oswald is 5 years old and weighs only 11 pounds. He came to us from a large scale breeding facility in Missouri. Oswald is a friendly boy, but he’s still learning that his new rescue friends only want to help and be nice to him. With a little time and patience, he’ll come around and will be eating up all the new attention. Oswald got a nice make-over with a much needed bath and haircut on arrival, so now its time to change his outlook on life!
