Description: 
We work in eastern PA, southern NJ, and parts of MD and DE depending on distance. Quinn was surrendered by his owner to a shelter in Baltimore. His time was up so another rescue pulled him and waited for us to have a spot for him. Quinn is very sweet, knows sit and paw. He is good with other dogs and children.
