Description: 
Jeffrey is a handsome 7 mos old Shih Tzu with black with white markings. Jeffrey came to us at 10 weeks old from a Missouri puppy mill and was in need of knee surgery. He has since had is surgery and has been released by the vet to be the spunky little love bug that he is. He is 7bs of pure personality with plenty of kisses. He may be little but he is mighty and loves to wrestle with his foster siblings. He is working on house training as this was delayed due to his knee surgery. His foster siblings includes cats, which he doesn't seem to mind. He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, heartworm and flea preventatives. His adoption fee is $350. APPLY TO ADOPT
