Please contact Sherry (ahome4ever@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Manny was found runny down a street in the rain. He was so badly matted it was hard to tell if he was a boy or a girl. His eye was matted so bad with dirt he could hadly see out of it. We took him to our special groomer and had him all cleaned up and our vet checked out his eye.
