See Shelby's Homepage Dogs Deserve Better, Nebraska Rescue Shelby is a three year old female Shih tzu. She is a happy little girl who loves to run and jump. She was found on public property in a small southwestern NE town, filthy, matted, and with a coat that was horribly over grown. She had all the signs of neglect.
