Please contact Brittany (allbreedanimalrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Hi There!!!My name is Charlie and I am a 2 1/2-3 year old pure bred shih tzu weighing 14.5 pounds. I am a happy little boy that was surrendered to an animal control officer in rural Kentucky. My previous 'owner' wrote on the surrender form that I was 11 years old and completely blind. That couldn't be farther from the truth!!! I am not blind at all! I am really offended that she said I was 11 too!! I don't look a day over 2 years old!! Some people will say anything I guess. Although my eyesight is fine it has been determined by my vet that I have poor tear production (Ketratoconjunctivitis Sicca KCS) and will require eye drops probably for the rest of my life. The medicine used to treat my eyes would only cost $20 every couple months.
