Dexter came to the shelter as a stray. He is about 1 year old and weighs 42 pounds. Dexter is very active and loves to go for walks. He will need a lot of exercise to keep him happy! Dexter is friendly with other dogs and would love to go home with another young dog he can play with. They can tire each other out! He would probably chase cats so he will need a home without them. It is recommended that he go to a home with children over the age of 6 due to his high energy level. He would benefit from basic obedience training with his new family, he is eager to learn!
