4155311 Lovey was brought to the shelter as a stray on 1/30/08. She is about 2 years old and weighs around 30 to 35 lbs. She is timid, but very cuddly once you get to know her. If you sit down on the ground or floor with her, she’ll crawl into your lap! She hasn’t had much of a chance to learn to walk on a leash, but she’ll pick that up quickly. Come down to visit her in kennel 60. The $85 adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, all vaccinations (including Rabies and Bordetella) and a Home Again Microchip. What a great deal!! Hamilton County residents pay an additional $5 or $3 (depending on where you live) for the animal registration fee. All adoptions to residents outside of Hamilton County require a home visit to validate the information given through the adoption process. The shelter is open for visitors from 11 AM until 4 PM Monday through Saturday, Thursdays until 6 PM or Fridays 12 PM until 4 PM.
