She had hemorraged to death. He had 4 sisters and brothers and all were adopted, but him due to his disabilities....Colby is blind, deaf and may have some neurological deficiencies. The vet at the high kill shelter stated that had he know this dog was neurologically deficient he would have euthanized him. I decided that I would rescue him and give him 30 days to improve. At the end of 30 days, if his quality of life was not good, then I will need to give him the gift of crossing the rainbow bridge to be with his mother. However, if he improves, even a little,
