Nigel was rescued from a local animal control facility after being found as a stray. Nigel has had a rough life, he is heartworm positive and has heart problems which are mostly associated with his heartworms. He is currently on medicine to help remove some of the fluid away from his heart. Hopefully soon he will be healthy enough to start heartworm treatment.Despite everyrthing thrown at this boy, he is just a bundle of joy to be with. he is always happy to see you and eager to go outside for short walks.
