Topper is a constant entertainer, is very active, very house broken and has a loving personality. He is a quick study and already knows how to sit. Topper can jump over 3 feet easily so a secure fence will keep him safe and out of trouble. He also is food motivated and is a talented beggar. Topper does not make a good first impression as he is very insecure especially around dogs but once he knows no harm will come to him, he will relax and become friends. We think Topper would be good in a home as an only child or with another friendly Terrier. He doesn't like large dogs as he is fearful of them. Topper is a wonderful walking and jogging buddy, is great on a leash and quiet in a car. He is crate trained needs a security blankie and may drag it out of his crate and around the house. Topper would probably not be ideal for homes with small children.
