Hi there! My name is Phoebe and I am about 5 years old. I came from a puppymill down in Missouri. My foster mom is working hard with me on potty training and I'm catching on slowly but surely. I'll get it one of these days! I am a little scared around humans I don't know, but I love being around other dogs and the two cats at my foster mom's house. I love to just lay on top of my foster mom and just cuddle with her. I follow her everywhere and am really beginning to trust her and a few other humans. I hope to be able to find my forever home very soon and I promise to love you forever!!
