Description:
Please go to our website at www.pugpros.org Hi, I'm Bogey! I am a 5 month old neutered male black pug. I was surrendered because the family was not prepared to raise a puppy. You can tell by looking at my face that I am A-Dorable! I am also sweet as sugar and so loveable and gentle for a puppy. New people and dogs scare me but only for about 15 mins. I warm up rather quickly to new friends. I am sensitive and my feelings get hurt easily. I am a good eater and I do not gulp my food. I will follow you ever where, I am your virtual shadow. I like to take my nap in my bed or on your lap, which ever is closest. I do not like to be held, if you try to hold me, and cuddle up while holding me I become a little squirmer. I am good with other dogs, cats, and children. I know how to use a dogie door, and I am completely potty trained. I do not mind going outside in the cold or the rain to do my business, as long as you put a little coat on me. I love all toys, and I am always up for a good game of tug-of-war with the pugs in my foster home that are 3 times larger than me. I give them a run for their money. I know commands, like sit, stay, and heel. I love to go on walks, and I walk very good for just learning. My foster mom says that I am the smartest puppy she has ever raised. I am current on all my vaccinations and I am micro-chipped. I would do best in a home where there is another dog that likes to play and cuddle, and a family that is active and can and will take me along. No visits will be set up or information can be given on a specific pug until an application is submitted and a home visit is done as we match a pug to a family. Please visit the website at www.pugpros.org and fill out an application to submit. Pugs are not outdoor dogs and can not be left outside unsupervised. PROS does not sell dogs, we adopt them out to compatible homes for an adoption fee of $300.00 for pugs over the age of 2 years old. Pugs under the age of two are $400.00 and Special Needs and Seniors over 10 years old are $100.00. We do not place pugs on a first come, first served basis - instead, we try to match up the needs of the pugs with the desires and lifestyle of the adopting family.
