Her owner moved to an assisted living home and could no longer keep her. She ended up at a Shelter. She was very stressed and wasn't eating. Teddy Bear has developed some issues with her eye - we may have to remove one of her eyes - RIGHT NOW WOULD NOT BE A GOOD TIME TO REHOME THIS BABY-
