Description: 
Rocky, a 7 year old Miniature Poodle, was abandoned at a municipal shelter. His parents didn't care what a sweetie Rocky was on the inside. They didn't care that he still has years left to live a full life of chasing balls and curling up on the couch. Fortunately, Bideawee stepped in and rescued him from Death Row. He arrived here frightened, with matted fur, and balding, overweight, and covered in warty growths. It was quickly understood that not only did Rocky have alopecia, but that he has hypothyroidism. Rocky will have to be on medication for the rest of his life. But Rocky will have a life to live! He is looking for a calm, quiet, experienced family with children ages 8 and up. This is because he has been known to snap at times, but in general, Rocky has a social and well tempered personality. He gets along with other dogs that are small and mellow, and would probably be okay with cats too. Rocky weighs 16 pounds and is already housebroken, using wee-wee pads and also going outside.
