Hi! My name is Francine and I am a 4 pound, black Miniature poodle, female puppy living with my foster parent in St Paul, MN. I am looking for a permanent home of my own with someone who will love and take care of me. I can tell you myself that I am a little on the shy side cause I came from a puppy mill and didn't get any handling or attention at all for the first 4 months of my life.
