Now that he's met and bonded with the cat in his foster home, found the comfiest place on the bed, and has his very own toys, everything seems to be just right. Except for one thing, Jake is still looking for that perfect family to call his own. Good with kids and other dogs, Jake would love another dog to play with. Jake walks well on a leash and is enamored of car rides. He loves to tag along wherever you are going. He can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. In fact, he's just one big cuddle buddy. Being a hunting breed, Jake will require a fenced yard to keep him from following his nose out of the yard. He is housetrained and kennel trained. And he passed his first basic obedience class with flying colors. So what do you say? Have room in your heart for this sweet boy? Jake's adoption fee is $320 (cash or check only) and includes spay/neuter, heartworm check, current vaccinations, and microchip and registration. Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 60-mile radius of the Twin Cities area. Jake is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
