Please contact Vicki Swor at 615-306-8516 to make sure the pet that you are interested in meeting will be there at the adoption day. You must fill and adoption application and a contract prior to adoption. We will need 3 personal references and a vet reference as well. There is a phone interview and a home visit require prior adoption.
