Handsome Auggie is a LOVE BUG. He has stolen the hearts of EVERYONE he has ever met. His only sin is that he's dog-aggressive. He is SUCH a wonderful and affectionate boy. He is SUCH a sweet thing that the people at the Baltimore City shelter couldn't bear for him to run out of time and called to see if we could help. Auggie is about 5 years old. He is healthy, neutered, and up-to-date with all of his vaccines. Everyone is impressed with his dignified demeanor, beautiful markings and sweet nature. He constantly receives comments on how handsome he is with his one blue eye, one brown eye, his muscular chest and approachable personality. He LOVES people!!!One of Auggie’s favorite activities is car rides and what a perfect gentleman he is in the car. He’s traveled from Baltimore to Bethany Beach, DE and back and loved every minute of it. He knows basic commands, including sit, crate, off/down and waits for a specific command before he can eat his food; he is learning new ones every day. Auggie lives to be pet and cuddled. If allowed, he would jump into your lap and stay put all day long with the occasional lick and nudge to remind you to keep petting him. An only-pet adult home, with someone experienced with the breed, would be best for Auggie, and though he ADORES children, an adult home may be best for him ONLY because of his size and strength, which may be too much for a small child.If interested in adopting Auggie, please contact Recycled Love.
