ET phone home? Well I would if I had one! I bet you’re wondering how I got my name……in my past life, some mean person sliced off my ears thinking it would make me look tougher…….but I’m a total pussycat……so now I look like the famous movie character……. And let me tell you, I’m just as lovable. Like the original ET, I am also a bit of a celebrity….when I was first rescued from my original home, a nice man at one of the area newspapers did a whole article about me. He even won an award for it at the 2008 Good Dog Gala………a nice couple who had read the story fell so in love with me, that they came down to the shelter to adopt me. Well, the dog they already had didn’t like me too much, and neither did the next door neighbor’s dog…..so here I sit again. I’m a very playful, energetic, and affectionate young boy who is yearning for his forever home. So that my next stop is a true “forever home” I need to be placed with a family with no other dogs, and no cats. I’m also not recommended for a household with small children, because I’m a muscular boy and still a youngster myself. When I play, I could knock them over. In the meantime, I am a super star in the PSPCA’s Teacher’s Pet program where I am working on some basic training and good doggie manners…………..I’m definitely a staff favorite. Please come by and see me at the PSPCA…….I could very well be you’re perfect playmate to accompany you in your active lifestyle. Until then, I’ll sit here and wait with my paws crossed………….
