My name is Dixie and I am 5 years old. I was surrendered because my owners divorced and no longer had a place to keep me. I am very friendly and love to give kisses! I do very well with children of all ages and would love to be a part of a family! I really am a great dog! I am spayed and up to date on my shots. I have been at the shelter since 12/16/08. Please won't you take me home? The adoption fees for dogs are $85.00, which include spaying or neutering, worming, rabies, microchipping, and shots current up to when the pet is adopted. *Discounts available when adopting more than one pet.* Dogs and cats are available for adoption at our shelter Tuesday through Saturday from 2-5 pm or by appointment. The Amarillo SPCA also has pets available at Petsmart every Saturday from 1-5 pm and PETCO every Sunday from 2-5 pm.Cats are available at Petsmart and PETCO during all business hours.
