CricketA226777Pit Bull7 MonthsIntact MaleChirp chirp chirp! Just kiddingÂ… I do bark like a dog, just not very often! My name is Cricket and I''m a sweet, wiggly, 7 month old Pit Bull. I had a pretty rough start in life, but I''m making up for lost time here at the MSPCA. Before I came here, I spent most of my life caged up in the back yard; I didn''t even have a name! But now that I''m here with people who love me, I''m learning how to be a regular dog very quickly! I absolutely adore belly rubs and attention from the people here. I don''t really know how to play with toys yet, but I have lots of energy and love to run around in the yard with people. I''m a really good boy; I rarely have accidents in my kennel, even if I have to hold it for a long time. I would do well in a home that is very active and has the time to teach me about some of the things in life I''ve missed out on. Because I''ve never had any type of training, I''m required to come to beginner''s obedience classes here at the MSPCA after I''m adopted. I would do well in a home with robust, older children who I won''t accidentally knock over in my excitement. I could go home with another dog that has a similar amount of energy and style of play. I may also do well with a tolerant cat. I have met a couple cats here at the shelter and I wasn''t sure what to make of them, but if they tried to run away from me I would probably chase them. Overall, I''m a really sweet boy who''s eager to learn and please, I just need the perfect family to help me become a great ambassador for my breed! If you think you might be the perfect family for me, please ask my friends at the front desk for more information!
