Rascal is a 3 year old Pomeranian/Pekignese mix. He is neutered, up to date on his shots, and micro-chipped. His previous owners had a hard time housebreaking him so they brought him to us. Rascal needs a patient owner that can spend a little time housebreaking him. He is a very sweet dog with a great personality.
