Sam's elderly owner could no longer keep him. Sam is 1 yr old this January 2009. He is sweet and playful. He loves car rides, dog toys, chew rawhides and food time. He is smart and ask to go out by sitting by the door. He is house trained. Good with young children, cats and other dogs. He does like to be the center of attention. Sam must have good dreams at night as you can see him twitch and talk. He is Kennel trained. He would be a good addition to any family.Bigger than a regular peke but still a great size dog.
All of our adoptions are contingent upon an approved application, home visit, reference check, obedience training agreement, and signing of adoption contract. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. To help pay for their medical bills, a $175 donation is requested at the time of adoption.
All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We are not a shelter with hours. A visit can be arranaged after an adoption questionnaire has been filled out and sent in. http://midwestdogrescuenetwork.com/adoptionapplication.aspxPlease try email first. We are all volunteers that work so we can not easily take or make phone calls.
