He weighs 13 lbs but could stand to put on a pound or two. He seems to know some basic obedience commands. He is a door darter, so he will need to be in a home that can be extra careful about that. He is settling into his foster home quite nicely and getting used to the three other dogs in the house. Rascal is very quiet most of the time, but he does like to make an announcement when he hears or sees something out of the ordinary. He will need to be groomed periodically, so please take that into consideration when contemplating adoption. Rascal is utd on vaccinations, crate trained, housebroken, and heartworm negative. He will be neutered the week of April 19th and will be ready for adoption after that. INDOOR HOME ONLY. Adoption fee $250 Adoption within 60 miles of Solon, Iowa.
