Toby was rescued by an angel from an Ohio puppy mill and saved from a life of neglect being used to produce puppies for the petstore. But those days are behind him now. Toby is a tall, leggy boy. He is friendly, but still shy. Having spent all of his life in a puppy mill he is not yet sure what to make of home life. He is great with other dogs and is a very quiet dog demanding little. We are holding him and working with im to get him more use to cuddling and affection. Toby was neutered on Feb 5, 2007 and now is in desperate need to have a family that will take the time to show him what being a pet is suppose to be like.
