He was dumped at a high kill shelter by the owner who didn’t even care enough about the dog (Sammy) to tell them the dog’s name. Update, here are updated pictures of Sammy after he was shaved down.Up DateWe found out that Sammy has cataracts he can see fine now but eventually might go blind. He is still a loving sweet dog that deserves a second chance at having a family to love him and care about him.
