Description: 
We work in eastern PA, southern NJ, and parts of MD and DE depending on distance. UPDATE: Emmie loves to lay on your lap or on the couch with you. She's very affectionate. She tries to get the other dogs to play but since she's so small, they aren't sure how to go about it. She loves to play with her toys. She has met a lot of people and loves to sit with them too.Emmie is a very sweet little girl. Her previous owners could not keep her because she was going to be over the weight limit at their apartment complex. We're not sure how much socialization she's had. She was really scared when she was introduced to some of the other dogs in her foster home, so they will try again later, one on one. Emmie is very affectionate and loves to be in people's laps. Emmie just came into foster care on Friday, so check back for more information. We do not have a kennel facility, our foster dogs live in the homes of our volunteers.
