I think I'd like a home with another dog to run and sniff around with, but I wouldn't mind being the only dog either -- and getting all the attention! I've not been exposed much to cats so I'm not sure if I would like them. Unfortunately, I had a tough start in life. I was chained to an ugly dog house and my owners didn't feed me or give me water on a regular basis. I think this is why i love to eat so much! I also love to walk and run since I didn't get much of a chance my first three years either. I don't need long walks though. I mostly just like to get out and frolic and then come snuggle. I'm still a little shy of new people but once i get to know them i like to snuggle with them too. I have a few issues from being chained and sometimes require extra patience, but for the most part I'm a great dog. For example, sometimes when you call me I think you might chain me outside so I just sit down. But I'm learning really quickly that coming to my Foster Mommy means more love and attention so I don't have to worry. And sometimes I think I'm a lap dog. I really just want to be so close to you I can hardly stand staying on the floor but that just means I have had to learn a new word......off! Just so you know, I don't ever want to be put on a chain again. I hope you will give me the opportunity to show you what a great friend I am and how much I'd appreciate a good home. I am fixed and have all my shots.
