He was in awful shape, skinny and missing his hair due to Demotes Mange. Fortunately for Sammy, he was picked up by one of our adopters and was taken to the shelter. Of course, nobody came for Sammy, so he was put on the euthanasia list. Our adopter then picked him up from the shelter to make sure Sammy will not be put down. After weeks of treatment and lots of good food, Sammy is now in excellent shape and he is ready for his forever home. He needs to go to a home with other dogs that like to play, since he is young and full of energy. Sammy is an appx. 11 mo. old, 36 lb. He's current on vaccinations, he's been neutered and microchipped. He loves other dogs and people. Very affectionate. Knows basic commands like 'sit', 'stay' and walks well on leash.
