Celia is a 4-year-old, female black lab mix who hails from the Stratford, CT area. She is a good girl who loves to spend her time at the shelter talking out loud to anyone within earshot. Celia is sweet and happy and could use a person who likes to walk or hike since she's been battling those '... last 10 lbs., but don't tell her that we've noticed - she's a little sensitive about her weight. Celia is great with other dogs, but we haven't tested her with cats or small children, so bring the family and any dogs she might live with to meet this pretty girl today.
