4538093 Luke has been at the shelter since he was a small pup! As of June 2008, he is only about 10 to 11 months old. He is great with other dogs, very playful! He is a little shy with new humans, but it is just because he has not had that much exposure to different people. He is still a puppy, so be prepared for him to be active and playful. Once he gets to know you, you will have lots of fun with him! Come down to see him in kennel 81. The $85 adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, all vaccinations (including Rabies and Bordetella) and a Home Again Microchip. What a great deal!! Hamilton County residents pay an additional $5 or $3 (depending on where you live) for the animal registration fee. All adoptions to residents outside of Hamilton County require a home visit to validate the information given through the adoption process. The shelter is open for visitors from 11 AM until 4 PM Monday through Saturday, Thursdays until 6 PM or Fridays 12 PM until 4 PM.
