We do not adopt out of State! Thomas was abandoned by some people with his mother and sister on a country road. Hungry and scared they drifted into a farmer's yard, where they were fed and penned up. After a long recuperation period here at Happy PAWS haven, he is now a healthy happy dog and is looking forward to a loving new home.
