Please contact Darlene (darlabry@cox.net) for more information about this pet. Labrador/German Shepherd Mix Rosie is in a Foster Home. She is sooo Happy to be out of that Horrible KILL Facility. She was Rescued from the Facility on 05/26/2009. She was taken out MINUTES before being KILLED! She is so THANKFUL for being RESCUED that she has been just an ANGEL for her Foster Parents. She is VERY PATIENT when waiting to go out of her kennel to go potty. In 4 days, she has not had an accident in her kennel. She listens well while walking on a leash. When told to sit, she does. She loves to lean up against your leg for you to pet her and then she plops down on the grass and rolls over for a belly rub. Rosie is so HAPPY to just sit in the grass next to you and show her APPRECIATION by licking your hand! Rosie is 9 months old and is up to date on all her vaccinations and is heart worm negative. She will be spayed before adoption. Rosie is very mature and calm for her young age. I think she is just THANKFUL for being rescued. Rosie would do well in a home without any other pets. Because of the ordeal she has been through, she DESERVES your UNDIVIDED ATTENTION! ROSIE would be SO HAPPY in a FOREVER HOME! This wonderful animal is in the Vermilion Parish Animal Control Center and needs to be adopted as soon as possible.
